Commitment to the abbot of St. Benet's of Hulme, by mainof Geofirey Somerton and Richard Roys of the county of the keeping of 32 acres of land, a certain water, from to Wroxhambrigg, containing 20 water-leagues, and a called Hornyngferye, which have been taken into the hand by Edmund Oldhalle, late escheator in the said ; to hold the same, together with the issues from the time the taking of the same into the king's hand, until it shall have decided in the king's court whether the premises should of right to the king or to the said abbot; so that the abbot at the Exchequer for the issues and profits if it happen the land, water and ferry should pertain of right to the king.
