York, which was seized into the king's hand after the death of Thomas Colvyll, chivaler ; to hold the same for as long as it shall remain in the king's hand by reason of the forfeiture and because of the rebellion of John Percy of Kildale, heir of the said Thomas Colvyll, rendering the extent thereof yearly, or as much as may be agreed upon between them and the treasurer.
