Commitment to Alice Kenyng, by mainprise of Patrick Everard of the county of Somerset and Ellis de Folsham of the of Norfolk, of the keeping of a messuage, 160 acres of land, 12 acres of wood, 18 acres of meadow, 20 acres of and 50s. of rent of assise in Wodenorton, Geyste, Geyste- Folsham and Hindoveston, co. Norfolk, late of William Norton, who held in chief of Roger earl of March, a minor the king's ward, which are in the king's hand by the death of and by reason of the minorities of Margery, his daughter heir, and the said earl, to hold the same from Michaelmas for as long as the lands shall remain in the king's hand for said cause, rendering 23s. 4d. yearly at the Exchequer by equal at Easter and Michaelmas; with clause touching of buildings etc. The said mainpernors and Alice jointly bound to the king, by a recognisance made in the in 46s. 8d. to be paid at the king's will in case of by Alice to pay her farm within a month after any term.
