Commitment in like terms to Thomas de Nevill, chivaler, de Furnivall, by mainprise of John lord de Roos of the of York and Ralph lord de Nevill of the same county, . 287 of the keeping of a messuage and a bovate of poor land in Le Crokes by Sheffeld called Cokland, late of Robert Potterman, a messuage and a bovate of land in Sheffeld called Halum, a tenement and a bovate of land in Nepeshende in Sheffeld late of William Walkmylne, and a messuage and a bovate of land in Brekesherth late of John Personson, which for certain causes were taken into the hand of Edward III by William de Nessefeld, late escheator, to hold the same from Michaelmas last for ten years, rendering 10s. yearly at the Exchequer by equal portions at Easter and Michaelmas. The said mainpernors and farmer are bound to the king in 20s., as above. By bill of the treasurer.
