Commitment in like terms to Thomas Walssh, chivaler, by mainprise of John Nevyll, chivaler, and Thomas Frysby of the county of Leicester, of the keeping of all the lands in the counties of Warwick, Leicester, Rutland and Norfolk late of John Boyvyll, deceased, which are in the king's hand by reason of the forfeiture of William de Burgh, chivaler, who held them on the day of such forfeiture, to hold the same from Christmas last for as long as the lands shall remain in the king's hand for the . above cause, rendering 40 marks yearly by equal portions at the Easter and Michaelmas Exchequers, and finding fit sustenance for John Boyvyll s heir. The said mainpernors and Thomas _ Walssh are jointly bound to the king, by a recognisance made in the Exchequer, in 80 marks to be paid at the king's will in case of failure by Thomas to pay his farm within two months after any term.
