Commitment to Henry Yakesley, by mainprise of John Derhurst of the county of Gloucester, of the keeping of twothirds of the manor of Westwyntreslewe, co. Wilts, which John de Thorp, chivaler, held on the day of his death of the inheritance of Thomas son and heir of Edward le Despenser, a minor in the king's ward, to hold the same from Michaelmas last until the lawful age of the said heir, rendering 26s. 8d. yearly by equal portions at the Easter and Michaelmas Exchequers; with clause touching maintenance of buildings etc. The said mainpernor and Henry are jointly bound in 4 marks, as above. By bill of the treasurer.
