Commitment to John Mountagu, chivaler, by mainprise of Henry Molyns of the county of Somerset and Robert Houell of the county of Southampton, of the keeping of two-thirds of the manor of Fowyton with its members in the county of Cornwall, late of Giles Daubeney, chivaler, tenant of the king in chief, to hold the same from the time of the death of the said Giles until the lawful age of Giles, his son and heir, and so from heir to heir until one of them shall have attained full age, rendering yearly by equal portions at the Easter and Michaelmas Exchequers the true value of the said two-thirds, as shall be agreed between him and the king's council; with clause touching maintenance of buildings etc. By bill of the treasurer.
