Commitment to John Loveryk, for good service, of the bailiwick of of the town of Sandwich, which John Condy of Sandwich, deceased, held to him and his heirs of the king's grant, and which has come to the king's hands by his death and by reason of the minority cf his heir, to hold until the lawful age of the heir, so that he exercise the office and answer to the king as others hitherto, and that no prejudice be done to the heir hereby.
