Commission to Walter Helioun to collect, weigh and test the 450 sacks of wool whereby the men of the county of Southampton made fine before Robert Parvyng, late chancellor, and his fellows, then justices appointed to hear and determine oppressions, extortions, damages, grievances and excesses committed by the king's ministers in that county, together with John Spircok of Andevere and the sheriff, in the room of Andrew de Canterton, whom the king appointed in the room of William de Brokhurst, who could not attend thereto, the said Andrew being now intendant on arduous business of the king in the New Forest, co.
