1338-12-15, Byfleet
Order to the said mayor of London to deliver to the same Edward and Alice the said messuage, shops and solars. By the guardian and council. Be it remembered that the partitions of the said lands were made in the form aforesaid by the heirs and parceners by their common assent and not according to the extents taken after the earl's death and returned to Chancery, and were delivered by them into Chancery to be partitioned there among them, as appears by a schedule delivered in Chancery and sewn to the inquisitions.
