Order to the escheator on this.side Trent, pursuant to an inquisition made by him shewing that John de Benham held in his demesne as of fee a messuage, 64 acres of land, 2 acres of meadow, 2 acres of wood, 9s. 2d. of rent in Kyngesclere, co. Southampton, of the king by the service of 2d. to the ward of Winchester castle by the hands of the sheriff of Southampton yearly, and divers other lands of divers other lords by divers services, and that Richard de Benham, his son, is his next heir and of full age, to deliver to Richard the premises held of the king, he having done fealty, and to meddle no further with the lands held of other lords, delivering any issues thereof received by him to those whose they are.
