Grant to the prior and convent of the abbey of Bardenaye that in they and their successors have the guardianship of the and of the temporalities thereof, saving to the king and his knights fees and advowsons of churches, rendering 10/. for the month and a proportionate sum for a longer period, saving also the king simple seisin; grant also that if the king summon his in time of voidance, they shall not be held to do service therein the proper demesne knights fees of the abbey then in their hands, to the king the services of knights fees held of the abbey.
