Order to the escheator on this side Trent to deliver to John de Tounlond, son and heir of Thomas de Tounlond, tenant in chief, the lands late of his said father, he having done homage ; saving to Isabel late the wife of Thomas her dower. By p.s. [5332.] Be it remembered that it was found by inquisition that Thomas was seised in his demesne as of fee of a messuage, 16 acres of land and 5s. of rent in Wodechirch, Newecherch and Rokyng, which are held in chief as of the honour of Dover by the service of 4 knight's fee and of rendering 5s. yearly at Dover castle.
