York, late of Michael de Harcla, which came to the hands of Edward II by Michael's forfeiture and are thus in the king's hand, at the rent of 8s. 24d. a year at the Exchequer, at which sum the premises are extended by the escheator beyond Trent, in moieties at Michaelmas and Easter.
