Grant to brother Thomas de Haukesgarth, abbot of Whiteby, and the convent of that place that as soon as that abbey fall void by the death or cession of the said abbot or otherwise, the prior and convent shall have the keeping of the temporalities of the abbey, rendering 101. at the Exchequer, if the voidance last for a month, and proportionately for a longer period.
