Order to the escheator on this side Trent to make partition of the manors of Salterton Derneford and Wynterburne and 2 carucates of land in Yatesbury into two equal parts and to deliver to Alexander de Fryvill and Joan his wife and Ralph le Botiller their several pourparties thereof, Alexander and Ralph having done homage, pursuant to a fine levied in the court of Henry III whereby Robert Walraund granted to William Walraund and Isabel his wife the same manors and land to hold to them and the heirs of Isabel, and pursuant to inquisitions made by the escheator and returned to Chancery shewing that the said Joan and Ralph are kinsfolk and nearest heirs of Isabel, and that the said land is held in chief by the service of half a knight's fee. and the manors of Salterton and Wynterburne Asserton are held of other lords, and pursuant to the record and
