Order to the escheator on this side Trent to resume into the king's a messuage with two crofts adjacent for pasture in Oustwyk among other lands the king assigned in dower to Isabel, late wife of John Ughtred, tenant in chief as of the honour of in the king's hand; the king, at the suit of William de dean of York, to whom the king committed the wardship two parts of the lands late of John until the full age of the heir, that that assignment to Isabel was made contrary to the used in Chancery hitherto because there is not another in the said lands, having ordered the escheator to summon Burdun and the said Isabel, whom he has taken to wife, before king in Chancery on the octave of the Purification last, which the king granted to the dean in like manner, and the escheator summoned them by Stephen Bond of Oustwyk and Amandus of Oustwyk, on which day they neither came nor sent
