Order to the same to make partition into two equal parts of the _ lands late of Gerard son of Gerard Salveyn of the county of Buckingham, tenant in chief, between Adam de Thorp and Joan his wife, elder sister and heir of Gerard, and John Eme of Dunstapel and Nicholaa, his wife, the other sister and heir, in their presence, and to deliver to Adam and Joan their pourparty, Adam having done fealty ; retaining in the king's hand the pourparty of John and Nicholaa.
