Order to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, after taking from Adam de Stretton, whose friends have offered the king marks within two years of these presents for his delivery from and the remission of all his trespasses and excesses and for the of all other trespasses and excesses for which an action or amend due, and after delivery of him from prison, to cause him to come them in the Exchequer and after receiving his voluntary and letters patent sealed with his seal touching the and quit-claim of all his goods coming to the king's hands his imprisonment, and after acknowledgement and enrolment the premises, to restore to him all his goods taken into the king's on account of his imprisonment, and to require the bishops whose dioceses are his ecclesiastical benefices to release the thereof made by them at the king's order.
