Order to the same to certify the king in the next Parliament of the matter of an inquisition made by him shewing that John Costantyn, tenant in chief, held no lands in the county of Lincoln on the day of his death, but ten years before enfeoffed Richard his brother of certain lands in Bondeby in exchange for certain lands late of Richard in Ireland, the king wishing to know the manner of the said feoffment and the licence, if any, granted to John by the king; and in the mean time, after taking security from Richard for rendering the issues of the said lands at the next Parliament if they should pertain to the king, to replevy the lands to him and then to take the same again into the king's hand if Richard have not meantime satisfied the king of that which pertains to him therefor.
