Order to the sheriff of Northumberland, after taking a fine from Agnes de Benrigg, to deliver her from the prison of Newcastle upon Tyne wherein she is detained because she prosecuted not an appeal which she made before John de Luvetot and Guischard de Charr , justices appointed hereto, at Newcastle upon Tyne against Robert de Stutevill and Eleanor his wife and others contained in the original writ for robbery, arson and breach of peace ; and to certify the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer of the said fine at his next proffer at the Exchequer.
