Order to S. bishop of Waterford, justiciary of Ireland, pursuant to a former order, to deliver to Robert de Stapelton 4 carucates of land in Balikerin, extended at 12 ., a carucate of land in Lissecasshel, extended at 40s., and a carucate of land in Lissepoghan, extended at 40s., all in the county of Waterford, which land Walter de la Haye held of the king at farm for a term of ten years not yet complete, which also R. bishop of Bath and Wells, to whom Walter by letters patent demised the residue of his term, has rendered into the king's hand; to hold in part satisfaction of the king's promise to the said Robert of 101. of land in Ireland for his good service there, until the king assign him 10/. of land in a fixed place; so that he answer for the residue of the said land beyond the value of 10/.
