Grant, at the instance of the king's nephew, Alexander, son of Alexander, king of Scotland, to Nicholas, son and heir of Robert de Veteri Ponte, and his heirs, of the manor of Aldeneston which the king recovered against Robert as of the county of Cumberland, to hold of the said king of Scotland and his heirs, saving to the king the mine of Aldeneston, the miners, and the liberty of the same; and the said manor shall be hereafter of the king's liberty of Tindale, so that the miners answer to the king.
