Order to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer to cause enrolment to be made pursuant to the king's pardon to Richard de Kingesdon, for a fine of 100 marks whereof he will pay 10 marks a year, of a trespass of perjury before the justices last in eyre in Kent in an assize of novel disseisin which Symon Staly arrained against William de Appeltrefeud touching a tenement in Shorham, of which trespass he was convicted before the said justices.
