Order to [the escheator in Ireland] to deliver to John de Bohun, and heir of Sibyl de Ferrariis, deceased, tenant in chief, the lands Sibyl held in Ireland and which Franco de Bohun, father of the John, sometime husband of the said Sibyl, held by the courtesy England and Ireland, John having done fealty ; so that he do homage the king's coming to England. And John gives 30 marks for not at present to the king to have seisin thereof besides the 20 marks he gives for not having gone to the king to have seisin of lands in
