Order to the escheator in the county of Middlesex to cause William Porter and Agnes his wife, one of the daughters and heirs of Adam Fraunceys, chivaler, and Thomas Charleton and Elizabeth his wife, the other daughter and heir of the said Adam, to have full seisin of all the lands which Adam held of the king in chief in his demesne as of fee tail, or was seised of in his demesne as of fee and in fee tail, on the day of his death, as the king has taken the fealty of William and Thomas and for 40s. paid in the hanaper has respited until Martinmas next the homage due from Thomas by reason of his having issue by his said wife. Order in like terms to the escheator in the county of Essex.
