to William Sareson, clerk, and Thomas Brugges, mainprise of William Burys of Halstede, Walter Aysshele of William atte Welle of Orpyngton, Nicholas Borstall, Wenne, Walter Goff and Thomas Maynard, all of the county the keeping of the manor of Eltham with its members, wit, Brandon, Mordyngham, Wulwych and Henle, and with the lands, meadows, pastures, hays and other profits pertaining the manor both within and without the park, saving sufficient for the deer, and except the capital manor with the whole and the gardens ; to hold the same from Michaelmas last 10 years, with sufficient housbote, haybote and frybote the wood without the said park, rendering 41/., as the last used to render, and an increment of 60s., yearly by equal at Easter and Michaelmas, and maintaining the houses buildings pertaining to the said manor of Brandon and to the houses for husbandry.
