Order to William Ilshawe, escheator in the county of Warwick, to make a partition into three equal parts of all the lands which . 309 Joan late the wife of John de Mohun held of the king in chief in fee tail or was seised of in her demesne as of fee tail on the day of her death, and, after taking the fealty of Elizabeth late the wife of William de Monte Acuto late earl of Salisbury, one of Joan's daughters and heirs, and of Richard Lestrange the son of Maud late the wife of John le Strange, Joan's second daughter and heir, and Joan's kinsman and second heir, to cause the said Elizabeth and Richard to have full seisin of their pourparties, as the king has taken their homage; retaining in the king's hand until further order the pourparty which belongs to Philippa, Joan's third daughter and heir, whom Edward duke of York has taken to wife; with proviso that Elizabeth and Richard have each a share of the lands which are held of the king in chief, and so be the king's tenant.
