Commission to Master John Chaundelere, dean of the cathedral of St. Mary, Salisbury, and Elmyng Leget, esquire, jointly severally to levy and collect all rents, farms and issues forthfor the Michaelmas term last past from the temporalities of the vacant bishopric of Winchester, and all the customary fines or sums of money which the tenants of the bishopric by reason of the vacancy ought to make or pay to the king for their recognitions, and to answer therefor to the king at his chamber. And order to all sheriffs, escheators and mayors and to all stewards, receivers, farmers, bailiffs, occupiers and ministers of the temporalities aforesaid, and to all others concerned, to be intendant to the commissioners.
