Commitment (with like clause) to John Savage, esquire, by of William fitz Waryn of the county of Berks and Bridmere of the county of Dorset, of the keeping of the of Marshwodevale, co. Dorset, which is in the king's hands reason of the minority of Edmund son and heir of Roger late of March ; to hold the same from Michaelmas next until the age of the said heir, rendering the extent thereof, or as much may be agreed upon between him and the treasurer, yearly at Exchequer by equal portions at Easter and Michaelmas ; proviso that the manor may be resumed into the king's if the rent be in arrears after one month after any term.
