Order to John de la Launde, escheator in the county of Lincoln, to cause Edward Buteler, chivaler, and Anne his wife, the sister and heir of Hugh le Despenser, chivaler, to have full seisin of all the lands which Hugh held of the king in chief or was seised of in his demesne as of fee on the day of his death as the king has taken the homage and fealty due from Edward by reason of his having issue by Anne. By p.s. [3121.] Order in the like terms to the escheator in the county of Leicester.
