Order to Philip de Lutteleye, escheator in the county of Salop, pursuant to an inquisition made by him shewing that Owen de Cherleton held in chief in his demesne as of fee on the day of his death the manor of Lydham, co. Salop, by knight service, and that John de Cherleton, chivaler, lord of Powys, his kinsman, is his next heir and of full age, to deliver the manor to John, as the king has taken his homage and fealty.
