Commitment to John de Wandesford of the keeping of a plot of void in Skeldergate in York late of Hugh de Despenser, the younger, has come into the king's hands as escheat by the forfeiture of the said Hugh, who held it of the king in burgage, to hold the same for 3 years, rendering yearly at the Exchequer 2s. 4d., at which sum the plot is extended, by equal portions at Easter and Michaelmas.
