Commission to William de Wykeham, John de Foxle, Peter atte and Robert de Hertleye to arrent as profitably as possible all the demesnes and lands of Eton by Wyndesore, co. Buckingham, the king lately had of the gift and feoffment of William Trussel Cublesdon, knight, and demise them at farm, in fee or else for life or of years, to sure tenants who are willing to take them, and to in money all the customs and works of the king's bond-tenants free-tenants there, and deliver them so extended to the tenants and to assign to the said tenants sufficient common in the of Wyndesore, as the king's other tenants there have and have wont to have, so that answer be made to the king yearly at the by the hands of the constable of the castle of Wyndesore for farms of the arrented lands and the moneys arising from the and works newly extended ; and commission to them to pull and sell for the king's use all the unnecessary houses and buildon the said demesnes, so that answer be made to the king at the for the proceeds of the sale by the hands of the said William, to certify the king in the Chancery touching the assessments and aforesaid, the ancient rents pertaining to the said lands, and names of those to whom the said lands, customs and works have demised, fhe conditions of the said demises, and all their proceedin the matter. ie By..K..& C.
