Order to John de Ty, escheator in the county of Kent, in continuof the late orders to him to deliver to Margery Roos and Maud countess of Oxford, daughters and heirs of Bartholomew de their pourparties of the manor of Kyngesdon, co. Kent 207], to deliver to Robert, son and heir of Margaret late the wife John de Tybetoft, another of Bartholomew's daughters and heirs, pourparty of the said manor, together with the issues thereof since November last, on which day the king took his homage and fealty, to retain in the king's hand until further order the remaining of the manor, which pertains to Edmund de Mortuo Mari, and heir of Roger de Mortuo Mari, late earl of March, son of another of Bartholomew's daughters.
