Order to Richard de Wydevill, escheator in the county of Northampton, pursuant to an inquisition made by him shewing that Thomas Saffry did not hold any lands in chief in his demesne as of fee in the said county on the day of his death, but held in his demesne as of fee 41. of rent in Great Hoghton, together with the ninth turn of presenting to the church of that town, of the heir of Laurence de Hastyngs, late earl of Pembroke, a minor in the king's ward, by the service of a moiety of a knight's fee, as of the honour of Huntyngdon, and that Joan Saffry, his sister, is his next heir and of full age, to deliver the premises to the said Joan, as the king has taken her fealty.
