Hertford, with the advowson of the church thereof, a messuage, 140 acres of land, 4 acres of meadow, 40 acres of wood and 10s. of rent in Rauryth, co. Essex, and a moiety of the manor of Fakenhamaspes, co. Suffolk, and that the manor and advowson of Sauecomp and the moiety of - the manor of Fakenhamaspes are held of the king in chief, the remaining premises being held of others than the king, and that Elizabeth, her daughter, whom Roger de Elmerugge has taken to wife, is her next . 169 and of full age, to deliver the premises to Roger and Elizabeth, taking Roger's fealty.
