Order to the escheator in the county of Middlesex to make a into two equal parts of all the lands in his bailiwick Margaret late the wife of Adam Fraunceys knight held on day of her death in dower after the death of Adam of the of Agnes (late the wife of William Porter knight) and (late the wife of Thomas Charleton knight), daughters heirs of the said Adam, and cause the said Agnes and Elizato have full seisin of their pourparties ; as the king for 10s. in the hanaper has respited the homage of Agnes until Midnext, and as Henry V took the fealty of the said William Thomas for all the lands which Adam held on the day of his in his demesne as of fee tail of the said late king in chief, for a certain fine paid in the hanaper respited until a certain now past the homage due in that behalf from Thomas by p. 200]; provided always that each of the said heirs in her pourparty a share of the lands which are held of the in chief, and so be the king's tenant. Order in like terms to the escheator in the county of Essex.
