Lincoln, late of William Olyvere of Basingthorp, who fled for the felony which he committed in killing John Thurston of Basingthorp on the Monday next after Michaelmas 4 Richard II, and (3) a waste toft and 20 acres of uncultivated land in Withum, late of John Cook of Southwithum, chaplain, an outlaw; to hold the same from Michaelmas last for 7 years, at a yearly farm of the 6s. 4d. for which answer has been made to the king, and an increment of 4d. ; with clause touching maintenance of houses, enclosures and buildings and support of charges. .
