Commitment to Geofirey William, by mainprise of John del Kent of Chyngelford and John Castowe of London, of the keeping of the honours of Boulogne, Peverell and Hagenet, in the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Hertford, Cambridge and Surrey ; to hold the same from Michaelmas last for 7 years, rendering 12 marks yearly, as Henry Thornton the late farmer rendered, at Easter and Michaelmas equally ; provided always that if any other person shall be willing without fraud to give more by way of increment for the said keeping, then the said Geoffrey shall be bound to pay such larger sum, if he will have the keeping.
