Order to the escheator in the county of Northumberland to take the fealty of John Parke, who has taken to wife Elizabeth . 165 one of the sisters and heirs of William de Heton (who lately died a minor in the ward of Henry IV) the son and heir of Henry de Heton, chivaler, Thomas Middelton, who has taken to wife Margaret the second sister and heir of the said William, and Thomas Lilburn, who has taken to wife Joan the third sister and heir of the said William, make a partition into three equal parts of all the lands in his bailiwick which Isabel late the wife of Robert Herbotill esquire held on the day of her death in dower after the death of the said Henry sometime her husband of the inheritance of the said Elizabeth, Margaret and Joan, and cause the said John and Elizabeth, Thomas and Margaret, and Thomas and Joan, to have full seisin of the pourparties of Elizabeth, Margaret and Joan respectively, as the king for one mark paid in the hanaper has respited until Midsummer next the homage due from John Parke and Thomas Middelton by reason of their having issue by their said wives; provided always that each of the said heirs and parceners have in her pourparty a share of the lands which are held of the king in chief, and so be the king's tenant.
