Commitment (with like clause and proviso) to Sampson monk, and John Mile of Clyfford, by mainprise of Cornwayll and John Duddeston, both of the county of the keeping of the alien priory of Craswell, in with all its rights and appurtenances ; to hold the same the Annunciation next for 10 years, rendering 30s. 4d., as Hore, clerk, and Thomas Parker, esquire, used to render, an increment of 9s. 8d., yearly at Michaelmas and Easter and maintaining there the divine services customary of old; provided always that the said Sampson and John allowance in the payment of their farm in respect of any or assignments, payable by the law of the land, granted of the said priory, or hereafter to be granted.
