Order to the escheator in the county of Kent to take the fealty of Emmot, sister of John Urban the father of John Urban the brother of Andrew Urban, and kinswoman and heir of the said Andrew, and cause her to have full seisin of all the lands in his bailiwick which the said John Urban the father held of Henry V in chief or was seised of in his demesne as of fee on the day of his death, the same lands having come to the late king's hands and to the king's hands and being still in the king's hand by the death of the said John Urban the father and by reason of the minority . 147 of the said John the son and Andrew, who lately died minors in the king's ward ; as the king for one mark paid in the hanaper has respited her homage until Midsummer next. Order in like terms to the escheator in the county of Cornwall (omitting the clause touching the taking of fealty).
