Commitment to John Copleston, the younger, by mainprise of Nicholas Radeford and John Selman of the county of Devon, of the keeping of all the manors and lands in the counties of Devon and Cornwall late of Elizabeth, one of the heirs of the earl of Kent, late the wife of John Neville, knight, who held of the king in chief on the day of her death; to hold the same from the time of the death of the said Elizabeth until the lawful age of Ralph Neville her son and heir; so that he answer and render account at the Exchequer for the issues forthcoming. By bill of the treasurer.
