Commitment to Robert Beeston and Isabel Sutton, by mainprise of Robert Mildenhale and William Kent of London, skinner, of the keeping of a tenement and 3 acres of land and meadow in Erhithe, late of Thomas Degher, alias Thomas Boghere, who was beheaded for divers treasons and felonies committed by him ; to hold the same from Michaelmas 5 Henry V for 20 years, rendering yearly the 3s. 4d. which the escheator of Henry V in the county of Kent used to render at the Exchequer, and an of Fine Rolls, 1413-1422, p. 235] by which the keeping of a tenement and 3 acres of land and meadow in Erhithe, late of Thomas Boghere, was committed to the said Robert Beeston and Isabel, in terms as above, are invalid, since express mention is not made therein that the said Thomas, therein specified, was in his lifetime called Thomas Degher.
