To Alan de Buxhill constable of the Tower of London, or to his Order to deliver out of the prison of the Tower to Henry Percy marshal of England or to his attorney without delay, as the king and council appointed, all the merchants of Florence by marshal delivered to the constable and lieutenant and there It is the king's will that the constable and lieutenant be thereof discharged toward him.
