To William Coteshale, John Hardy and Edmund Giffard of Arnecote of the priory of St. Frideswide Oxford, which for particular is in the king's hand, and to every of them. Order to deliver John de Walyngford prior of St. Frideswide for his abode a place Oxford called Bunse chapelle, and of the issues of the priory long as they shall be keepers thereof to pay him certain weekly and sums and the arrears thereof (if any) etc.; as the king granted etc. (as above, p. 48).
