To Peter de Nuttle, escheator in the county of York. Order to take the oath of Idonia late the wife of Henry de Percy, tenant in chief, that she will not marry without the king's licence, and to deliver to her the manors in that county which the king has assigned to her to hold as dower; as of the lands which belonged to her husband at his death, the king has assigned the following to her with the assent of Henry son and heir of the said Henry: the manors of Semer, Lekyngfeld, Catton, Cletop and Naffreton with their members and other appurtenances, and lands in Thurstanby, Benyngton, Wandesford, Wyndeshom, Erghom, Setill and Gekylleswyk in that county, and a third part of the manors of Werkworth, Aclyngton, Berlyng, Neuton, Routhebury, Snyter, Tropton, Corbrig and Neuton near Routhebury in Northumberland, to hold in dower. To John de Coupeland, escheator in Northumberland. Like order to deliver to Idonia late the wife of Henry de Percy the said third part of the manors of Werkworth, Aklyngton, Byrlyng, Neuton, Routhebury, Snyter, Tropton, Corbrigg and Neuton near Routhebury, assigned to her as aforesaid. . 423 To Peter de Nuttle, escheator in the county of York. Like order to to the said Idonia the advowsons in that county which the king assigned to her, as of the advowsons which belonged to her husband at death the king has assigned to her the following, with the assent of son and heir of Henry de Percy: the advowsons of the churches of Lekyngfeld and Scorburgh and the advowson of a moiety of the of St. Mary Castle Gate, York, to hold in dower.
