de Wauton, knight, of co. Essex, acknowledges that he owes to Daubeney 100/.; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands chattels in co. Essex. on payment. of indenture testitying that whereas William de Wauton, is bound to Elias Daubeney in 1001. by the preceding recognizance, paid at All Saints at the end of two years next following, after following, Elias grants that if Thomas de Wauton, William's make a release to him and to Agnes his wife of the manor of with the advowson of the church of that town to the end of the two years, and he cause that release to be enrolled in chancery, then time or if he die within the time or if Khas and Agnes do not raise in the Common Bench for Thomas for all the lands in which William knight, lord of Cromhale, died seised for his life in Fenny Litel Sutton, Newenham, Crokkerton, Boggeleye and Wormenstre, Christmas next, so that Thomas shall have all those lands for his without hindrance of Elias and Agnes, then the said recognisance shall Dated at London on 20 July, 24 Kdward III. that both Elias and William came into chancery on 20 July acknowledged the preceding indenture, .
