Order not to intermeddle with the manor of Thornton in Craven and the adyowson of the there, restoring the issues thereof to Thomas de Roos, son of de Roos of Hamelak, as the king has learned by inquisition taken the escheator that Margaret de Roos at her death held the said manor advowson for life of the grant of George de Roos, knight, and of Peter Rither, late parson of Kirkeby Misperton church, with remainder to by a fine levied in the king's court, and that the manor and are held of another than the king by certain services.
